GC Invoices Bot

An internal business automation tool that processes invoice documents and manages financial records using Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Gmail.

  • Google Drive: Read and upload invoices (PDFs, images), create folders organized by year and quarter
  • Google Sheets: Read and write invoice data for accounting purposes
  • Gmail (Read-Only): Search for invoice attachments to match bank transactions

3. Data Usage

  • Data is processed only as needed for the application's purpose
  • Files are stored in your own Google Drive
  • No data is shared with third parties
  • No server-side storage beyond temporary processing

4. Data Security

  • OAuth credentials are encrypted
  • HTTPS encryption for all API calls
  • No passwords are stored

5. User Control

  • Revoke access anytime at Google Account Permissions
  • Delete your data directly in Google Drive/Sheets
  • No data retained after access revocation

6. Google API Compliance

Our applications' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
